Yes! With the exception of customized virtual training or programs titled "At-Home," all programs are designed to be completed at a gym and require the use of loop bands and body bands. Check with your gym to find out if bands are available, or visit my Shop page for links to my favorite options.

For most programs, plan to spend 45–75 minutes on your workout. Some programs also have additional cardio goals. Remember, we need to put in the work to make changes that matter! Each program is made to get you the biggest results most effectively. You'll also get rest days each week because recovery matters.

Program access will begin at the time of purchase. From that point, you will have access for the length of your program + two weeks. Remember, you've made a commitment to yourself—you deserve to show up and get it done!

Nektaria Fit Pro programs aren't quick fixes; they are formatted for recomposition, which means dropping fat and building muscle to reshape your body. Some participants lose a few pounds while others could stay at the same weight. Your current body composition, nutrition, and other factors will impact the results you see throughout the program. If you show up and do the work, you will end every program stronger than you began. You’ll also practice showing up each day and betting on yourself!

Building your glutes takes time! Results vary, but if you're diligent in sticking with this carefully formatted program, you should see a difference in your glutes and overall body composition.
