Bikini Posing FAQ’s

  • Please wear your competition shoes and a bikini or booty shorts so that we can see your glutes and fine-tune your poses. As soon as your stage bikini is in, please plan to wear that to your coaching sessions. 

  • You need to start posing practice sooner than you think! When you start and how often we meet depends on your experience and your goals. Most amateurs begin coaching with me 10–12 weeks before competition to work on mindset, poses, transitions, and stage presence. Seasoned competitors, after their Pro cards and want to accentuate their new physique, often begin coaching 8–10 weeks out. Pros who want to level up by sharpening their poses start working with me 6–8 weeks before competition. 

  • Yes, I always look for the positives and help create visually precise poses that showcase the best of your body. 

  • In-person sessions take place in my private posing studio in Newton, MA. Upon booking, you'll receive the exact address and directions to the studio. Virtual sessions happen over Zoom video chat. 

  • I pose women competing in bikini and wellness categories of WNBF, OCB, NPC and virtually every other federation.

  • Yes! I remember being exactly where you are today and challenging myself to get onstage for the first time. Whether your goal is to place or to prove to yourself you have what it takes to get onstage, I've got you!

  • Practicing for at least 20 minutes each day is essential to ensure that every pose is second nature. Plan to walk around the house in those heels, ladies!
